Unit 26

Designed by British architecture practice Scott Brownrigg, this is a 3-storey office building of approximately 70,000 sq ft. The building was completed in the spring of 2018 and has been let to Frontier Plc, a leading games company that is already located on the Park.

Unit 25 – The new bioincubator

This 3-storey building forms part of the Tus-Holdings investment in the Park. Bio-Innovation Centre is approximately 40,300 sq ft and is fitted with laboratories for multiple occupiers in the life sciences sector. It is the first bioincubator on the Cambridge Science Park. Bio-Innovation Centre was completed in May 2019.

Unit 22

Also designed by Scott Brownrigg, this is a 3-storey speculative building with plant on the roof providing B1 office space. It is a ‘Category A‘ standard, approximately 60,500 sq ft. The building has been designed for tenants on a floor-by-floor basis but with the added flexibility to accommodate multiple tenants on each floor. It was completed in the spring of 2019 and has been occupied by single tenant.

Unit 1-21

This 200,000 sq ft commercial development which will become research and development headquarters for technology companies, is planned to be put into use in early 2021.
