Overview
TusPark Cambridge is the latest addition to TUS Holdings’ unique ‘Science Park + Incubation + Investment’ development model. With an investment of £200M from TusPark, the landmark joint venture with Trinity College at the University of Cambridge was established. TusPark Cambridge consists of 350,000 sq ft of office/lab space across five new buildings, including a state-of-the-art Bio-Innovation Centre – an environment that fuels creative and lateral thinking. From HQ style buildings for established businesses to incubator space for smaller companies on the move, we are able to meet a range of requirements.
World-Class Location
Cambridge has a fascinating mix - it’s small enough to retain its community atmosphere, while big enough to attract a cosmopolitan range of occupiers and visitors. It’s a city of bustling streets and pavement cafés, but also green spaces and parks. The University has ensured the steady flow of some of the finest minds from all corners of the globe – Cambridge’s affiliates have collected 109 Nobel Prizes covering all six fields.
Bio-Innovation Centre
The three storey 40,300 sq ft Bio-Innovation Centre forms a central part of our development in Cambridge and is a first for Cambridge Science Park, providing flexible wet labs and offices. Opened in May 2019 the Bio-Innovation Centre caters for multiple occupiers in the life science sector. It is the first bio-incubator on the Cambridge Science Park.

Mogrify Limited (Mogrify®), a biopharmaceutical company located in Bio-Innovation Centre, announced today an additional $10 million USD closing of its Series A financing, bringing the total raised to $46 million USD in this round. The funding will support further advancement of Mogrify’s pipeline of in vivo reprogramming therapies through pre-clinical translation, continued platform optimization, and facilitation of new and existing biopharma collaborations.
